Distributed Data Acquisition Node
The model LPWAN distributed data acquisition node is a multi-communication interface, multi-functional 4G wireless datalogger. This datalogger node has the advantages of multiple interface protocol conversion, automatic data collection, wireless distributed installation, easy maintenance, and high reliability. Suitable for data collection from various vibrating wire sensors and digital sensors, such as vibrating wire strain gauges, rebar strain gauges, load cells, crackmeters, earth pressure cells, piezometers/pore water pressure gauges, precise settlement monitoring system, displacement sensors, tiltmeter, inclinometer, temperature and humidity meter, rain gauge, etc. This datalogger can be widely used to collect and transmit structural health monitoring data in scenarios such as foundation pits, bridges, tunnels, slopes, reservoirs and dams, buildings, steel structures, and tailings ponds.
Displacement Sensor(Linear Variable Differential Transformer)
The model LVDT displacement sensor/crack meter is a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) type displacement sensor, which can be used for automatic detection of displacement. It has the characteristics of high precision, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability.The sensor uses 304 stainless steel metal shell, which can work in harsh environments such as humidity and dust. It is mainly used for long-term monitoring of displacement, cracks or joints for railways, highways,bridges and civil buildings, tunnels, hydropower and hydraulic engineering.
The EM datalogger is a supporting product of the EM sensors. It can directly measure the temperature of the sensor installation point and the component induction integrated voltage, thereby calculating and displaying the internal force (or stress value) of the steel cable. It can receive and respond to the host's commands through the communication interface RS485. The EM datalogger is a multi-channel, real-time measurement system.
Single Channel Vibrating Wire Datalogger
MAS-FD01 single-channel vibrating wire acquisition module is a kind of rock and soil in-situ monitoring instrument, which is suitable for signal frequency calculation and temperature acquisition of vibrating wire sensor output. It can be used for dam, bridge, dam, traffic and municipal engineering and high slope engineering stress, strain, deformation, seepage pressure and other physical monitoring and safety and stability analysis. Vibrating Wire Axial Force Sensor
MAS-AXF series vibrating wire axial force meter, also known as reaction force meter, is a kind of vibrating wire force sensor, which has the advantages of high resolution, strong anti-interference performance, sensitive response to concentrated load, good measurement reliability, etc. It can measure the reaction force of foundation to upper structure, steel support axial force and load during static pressure pile experiment for a long time. If temperature sensor is installed, it can also measure the temperature of installation point synchronously.
Vibrating Wire Earth/Soil Pressure Cells
The model VWE series vibrating wire soil/earth pressure cell is an embedded soil pressure sensor, which is mainly used to measure the stress of soil inside structures such as earth-rock dams, soil lifts, slopes, roadbeds, retaining walls and tunnels. The main parts of the sensor are made of special steel, which can be used in harsh environments. Vibrating Wire Strain Gauges(Embedment Type)
Type VWS-EM vibrating wire embedment strain gauge can be buried in beam piles, pile foundations, supports, hydraulic structures, linings, piers and bedrock of various concrete structures for a long time to monitor its stress and strain. The build-in temperature sensor can simultaneously measure the temperature of the measure point, which is used for temperature correction of the embedded strain gauge. The biggest advantage of the vibrating wire strain gauge is that the sensor is simple in structure, reliable in operation, the output signal is a frequency signal, and the frequency output is not affected by electrical noise, and it can be transmitted for several kilometers without losing the signal. The sensor is mainly used for strain measurement inside concrete structures such as buildings, bridges, highways, railways, subways, tunnels,dams, foundation piles, etc.
