MAS-AXF series vibrating wire axial force meter, also known as reaction force meter, is a kind of vibrating wire force sensor, which has the advantages of high resolution, strong anti-interference performance, sensitive response to concentrated load, good measurement reliability, etc. It can measure the reaction force of foundation to upper structure, steel support axial force and load during static pressure pile experiment for a long time. If temperature sensor is installed, it can also measure the temperature of installation point synchronously.

Overview


The vibrating wire axial force meter is mainly composed of stressed round steel, string clamp, induction coil and high strength steel wire. The excitation circuit drives the sensor coil, and when the frequency of the excitation signal is close to the natural frequency of the steel string, the steel string quickly reaches resonance. When the excitation signal is removed, the steel string still vibrates at its natural frequency for a period of time. Use the monitoring circuit of the acquisition instrument to filter, amplify and shape the induction signal generated by vibration, and then collect it. By measuring the pulse period of the induction signal, the vibration frequency of the string can be measured. The internal structure is shown in the figure:

 

 

Calculation formula of load force of vibrating string axial force meter:

F: load force of vibrating string axial force meter, kN;

K: The linear relationship coefficient between the frequency value of the vibrating string axis force meter and the load force, also known as the sensitivity coefficient of the vibrating string axis force meter, has been calibrated at the factory, unit: kN/Hz²;

fi: Frequency value of vibrating wire axial force meter at time I, Hz;

f0: The reference frequency value of the vibrating wire axial force meter in the initial state (this frequency value is the axial force value in the stable state after the pre-force is applied),Hz.

Kt: The relationship coefficient between load force and temperature of vibrating wire axial force meter, unit: kN/℃;(value description: this axial force meter is little affected by temperature, and the value is about equal to 0.)

Ti: The temperature at the time of detection, that is, the temperature at the time of measurement, ℃;

t0: The temperature at the time of delivery inspection, that is, the temperature at the time of measurement, ℃.
