Multi-channel vibration acquisition instrument (MAS-VBLog) is a 24-bit network distributed acquisition instrument, using Ethernet interface, a computer can control multiple acquisition instruments through LAN LAN, suitable for distributed, multi-point, long-distance or wireless transmission of vibration, noise, shock, voltage and other physical quantity signal acquisition.

Overview


The model VBLog is an 8-channel vibration acquisition instrument. The acquisition instrument uses a 24-bit ADC, and the single-channel sampling frequency can reach up to 4kHz. The acquisition instrument adopts an embedded operating system, which can automatically collect data offline, contains 16GB memory, and can be operated and displayed through a web page using a computer or a mobile phone.

The acquisition instrument can perform cascade synchronization of multiple vibration acquisition instruments through the network cable, provide network port and RS232 serial port, and support external analog signal triggering and digital signal triggering. It can be combined with a 4G router data transmission module and cloud platform to form a wireless vibration monitoring system, which supports periodic collection and threshold trigger collection. The acquisition instrument can be equipped with dynamic acquisition and analysis software to realize local vibration dynamic real-time monitoring and data analysis and processing. The acquisition instrument can be widely used in infrastructure health monitoring such as subway foundation pits, bridges, buildings, dams, large steel structures, and pipe networks etc,.
