The MAS-IFWL-ZXSJ distributed vibrating wire data acquisition instrument is composed of acquisition equipment and acquisition aircraft line.

Overview


It is mainly used in monitoring scenarios such as foundation pit anchor cable monitoring and bridge municipal administration. The instrument judges whether the internal changes of the foundation pit, bridge and other structures by collecting the frequency signals of the vibrating wire equipment such as anchor cable meter and axial force meter.

The MAS-IFWL-ZXSJ distributed vibrating wire data acquisition instrument uses a disposable battery as a power source to drive the overall system to work, and realizes 4H acquisition once through low-power configuration, which meets the needs of two years of use. The product has a built-in 2MB memory and uses circular storage (beyond overwriting old data) to back up the data that fails to be uploaded, satisfying the storage of 1000 historical data. At the same time, the 4G module is selected for remote communication, and the connection is established with the knowledge cloud platform, so as to interact with the user. Users can monitor and collect data through the knowledge cloud platform, and can set the collection cycle according to the requirements through the platform.

This product uses the traditional vibrating wire acquisition circuit to collect the data of the vibrating wire sensor (mainly for the three-string anchor cable meter). The device is awakened in each collection cycle and collects once. After the collection, the collected data is uploaded. At the same time, it automatically checks whether there is historical backlog data. If there is any, it will be uploaded together. After this series of work is completed, the device enters sleep again, waits for the next cycle to wake up again, and repeats the work logic of collection, reporting, and sleep.
