Multifunctional Static Datalogger
In the current construction safety monitoring industry, the diversification of monitoring objects, the stability of the measurement system, the convenience of installation put forward higher requirements. The traditional monitoring method is mainly through the system integration of a single function module, such as temperature and humidity, inclinometer, vibrating string acquisition, etc., through the industrial bus network transmission, the existence of complex system, wiring workload, high maintenance costs, it is difficult to meet the requirements of the safety monitoring industry to monitor the system. Therefore, the company developed a modular static data acquisition platform based on the SPP-1 of the product-multi-functional static data acquisition instrument.
Overview
The model M24 multifunctional static data acquisition instrument is a product based on the modular static data acquisition platform SPP-1. The acquisition instrument adopts an energy-efficient processor with an industrial-grade Cortex-A7 architecture, and balances power consumption and computing power at the same time to achieve lower power consumption and stronger data processing capabilities. The device adopts the Linux operating system, supports customized applications, supports mixed acquisition functions of five mainstream signals, supports optional customized functional modules,and supports various wired and wireless communication methods,making product application more convenient. The products are widely used in infrastructure health monitoring such as subway foundation pits, bridges, buildings, dams, and slopes etc.

Multi-function static data acquisition instrument is a product SPP-1 based on modular static data acquisition platform. It integrates measuring circuits of various signals such as vibrating string/RS485/voltage/current/bridge. Each channel of the equipment can be configured according to actual needs to collect signals of vibrating string/RS485/voltage/current/bridge sensors.
The external power interface of the equipment is connected to the mains or external photovoltaic system, and the built-in 2.2AH lithium battery is used as the UPS backup power supply of the equipment, which can provide the power supply for the equipment to continue to work in the event of sudden interruption of the external mains.
The equipment can set the acquisition cycle according to the requirements, and the minimum acquisition cycle is 5min. The device wakes up and collects once in each collection cycle, hibernates after collecting and uploading data, and waits for the next collection cycle to wake up again. This working mode greatly reduces the power consumption of the device and realizes low power consumption.
The device has a built-in large-capacity memory for backing up collected data (cyclic storage). When a network exception causes the device to fail to report the collected data in time, the device automatically saves the data and uploads the data when the network is normal. At the same time, the platform has a power display function, which can keep abreast of the working conditions of the equipment.

5) Strong scalability: Based on the modular platform design, other customized functions can be realized by replacing the measurement module, which can be widely compatible with various sensors; At the same time, OTA remote upgrade firmware function is supported to realize customized algorithm upgrade;
6) Strong communication capability: supports wireless communication of Ethernet, WiFi and 4G modules, supports fully isolated RS485 wired communication, and supports optional GPS\BT\LoRaWAN\NB-IoT modules.
7) high reliability: the use of fully isolated RS485 communication interface, sensor interface surge protection, power supply anti-reverse connection, anti-overcurrent, put overvoltage, improve interface reliability and safety.
