The equipment adopts the latest 32-bit microprocessor technology at home and abroad, has a strong system processing capacity, realizes the autonomous collection mode of work, and the equipment uses NB-IoT communication technology to realize the wireless transmission of collected data. The equipment hardware integration degree is high, the anti-interference ability is strong, and the digital signal processing technology is adopted to ensure the high precision of data acquisition and the strong stability of the work. The device design is small in size, light in weight, built-in lithium battery, simple and convenient to use and install, the collected data can be automatically uploaded to the cloud platform, and it can also be stored in the internal memory to ensure that the data will not be easily lost.

The MAS-iVW08 8-channel vibrating wire acquisition module is a wireless device based on NB-IoT communication technology. The internal integrated vibrating wire sensor acquisition circuit. The acquisition module sends a sweep excitation signal through the controller to excite the sensor steel wire to oscillate, and the steel wire oscillates to generate induced electromotive force. The changing electromotive force signal is processed by the acquisition circuit and finally converted into digital signal output.

The built-in memory of the MAS-iVW08 8-channel vibrating string acquisition module is used to back up the collected data (circular storage). When the collected data cannot be reported in time due to network failure, the equipment will automatically save the collected data as backlog data, and upload the backlog data after the network returns to normal. The data platform has the function of power display, which can timely understand the working condition of the equipment.

The MAS-iVW08 8-channel vibrating wire acquisition module not only has a built-in 800mAH lithium battery as a power supply to drive the entire module, but also is connected to the mains or an external photovoltaic power supply system as an external power supply through an external Type-C interface. The external power supply system can work together with the internal power supply system.

The MAS-iVW08 8-channel vibrating wire acquisition module can set the acquisition cycle according to the requirements. In each acquisition cycle, the device automatically wakes up and acquires once, sleeps after the acquisition, and waits for the next acquisition cycle to wake up again. This mode of operation greatly reduces the power consumption of the equipment, realizes low power consumption, and ensures that the equipment can operate normally under the condition of only external solar power supply.
