MAS-VWLog-xx low-power multi-channel vibrating wire acquisition instrument is a kind of rock and soil in-situ monitoring instrument, which is suitable for frequency signal calculation and temperature acquisition of steel string sensor output. Can be used for dam, bridge, slope and other engineering stress, strain, deformation, seepage pressure and other physical monitoring and safety and stability analysis.

Overview


The model VWLog is a multi-channel vibrating wire acquisition instrument, which is suitable for vibrating wire signal and temperature acquisition output by steel string sensors. It can be used for stress, strain, deformation, seepage pressure and other physical quantity monitoring and safety and stability analysis of dams, bridges, embankments, traffic municipal projects and high slopes.

This instrument uses the latest 32-bit microprocessor with high-efficiency FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) algorithm to realize accurate frequency calculation for the frequency signal output of the vibrating wire sensor. High degree of integration, strong anti-interference performance, adopting general standard RS485 interface and interface lightning protection design, so that the data collector can operate safely and stably in harsh working conditions.

The acquisition instrument sends a frequency sweep or pulse excitation signal through the processor to excite the steel string oscillation, and the steel string oscillation generates an induced electromotive force. The signal is processed by the signal conditioning circuit, including signal filtering and amplification, and the amplified signal is collected and processed.

Main functional characteristics:

  • Fully isolated RS485 interface, anti-lightning, anti-interference;
  • 16-bit A/D converter, the frequency accuracy reaches ±0.05Hz;
  • Compatible with all single-coil vibrating wire sensors, built-in constant current excitation circuit,and providing acquisition solutions for vibrating wire sensors with built-in thermistor temperature measurement method;
  • Increase the power frequency notch filter for power frequency interference to enhance the signal anti-interference ability.
