Magnetostrictive Liquid Level System
The model MHLS magnetostrictive liquid level system is a high-precision liquid level measurement sensor developed by using magnetostrictive principle. It adopts non-contact measurement method, has long service life, strong environmental adaptability, and does not need regular calibration and maintenance. The product is absolute output and does not need to be reset to zero after restart. It has the technical characteristics of high precision, high stability, high reliability and high repeatability. Standard RS485-Modbus protocol is adopted. The magnetostatic liquid level system is a special precision instrument for measuring the relative elevation changes between the various measuring points of the foundation and the building. Widely used in hydropower dams, deep foundation pits, highways, bridges, embankments, oil and gas pipelines, oil storage tanks and other foundation fill structure settlement or floating precision measurement.
Vertical In-Place Inclinometer
The vertical in-place inclinometer is mainly used to measure the internal lateral movement of structures, such as landslides that may occur on unstable slopes or the lateral movement of surrounding earth in foundation pits, and is lateral deformation of dams, shafts, tunnel walls, caissons, piles and sheet piles, dams and roadway embankments. The inclinometer utilization of high-precision MEMS uniaxial/biaxial tilt sensor which adopts the principle of differential measurement, noise compensation technology and temperature compensation technology to ensure the high precision and resolution of the sensor.
Bridge Millimeter-Wave Monitoring Radar
MAS-HMBLD is an advanced monitoring device based on high-resolution radar remote sensing imaging and phase interferometry technology. It enables real-time, dynamic, and non-contact measurements of subtle deformations in bridges, cables, towers, high-voltage power lines, and high-rise buildings through long-range transmission and reception of electromagnetic waves.
Portable All-Around Slope Radar
MAS-BXBPLD Portable All-Around Slope Radar Monitoring System is based on wideband continuous-wave signaling, differential interferometry, and arc synthetic aperture imaging. It features non-contact measurement, full-coverage monitoring, high deformation measurement accuracy, high data update rate, and independence from weather and lighting conditions.
Lightweight Slope Monitoring Radar
MAS-QLBPLD Lightweight Slope Radar Monitoring System adopts advanced technologies including wideband millimeter-wave FMCW signaling, arc synthetic aperture high-resolution imaging algorithms, phase differential interferometry, and adaptive atmospheric disturbance compensation.
Vibrating Wire Strain Gauges(Surface Type)
Type VWS-SM vibrating wire surface strain gauge is mainly used for strain monitoring of bridges, highways, railways, subways, tunnels, pile foundations and other structures. It can be welded on the surface of steel structures or bolted on the surface of various structures for long-term automatic monitoring and regular detection. The built-in temperature sensor of the strain gauge can monitor the ambient temperature at the same time. Advantages of vibrating wire strain gauges are that the frequency output is immune to electrical noise, is tolerant of wet wiring commonly found in geotechnical applications, and can transmit signals over many kilometers without loss of signal.
FBG Strain Gauges (Surface Type)
Type FBG-SG-SM surface fiber grating strain gauge can meet the needs of surface strain measurement in various occasions. It can be installed on the surface of concrete or steel structure, mainly used to measure the surface strain of concrete and steel structure. The external strain transmits the strain to the internal fiber grating through the sensor mount, and the reflection center wavelength of the grating will change, and then the fiber grating demodulator performs demodulation analysis and calculates the strain value.
Distributed Data Acquisition Node
The model LPWAN distributed data acquisition node is a multi-communication interface, multi-functional 4G wireless datalogger. This datalogger node has the advantages of multiple interface protocol conversion, automatic data collection, wireless distributed installation, easy maintenance, and high reliability. Suitable for data collection from various vibrating wire sensors and digital sensors, such as vibrating wire strain gauges, rebar strain gauges, load cells, crackmeters, earth pressure cells, piezometers/pore water pressure gauges, precise settlement monitoring system, displacement sensors, tiltmeter, inclinometer, temperature and humidity meter, rain gauge, etc. This datalogger can be widely used to collect and transmit structural health monitoring data in scenarios such as foundation pits, bridges, tunnels, slopes, reservoirs and dams, buildings, steel structures, and tailings ponds.
Wireless Water Level Gauge
The model WWLG wireless water level gauge is an integrated low-power water level meter specially developed for long-term automatic monitoring of groundwater levels. The entire product adopts a split module with high integration and low power consumption design concepts, which can meet the needs of customers for long-term monitoring and use. It is easy to install and requires no external power supply or additional collection and transmission equipment.
