Monitoring of Subgrade Settlement at Exit Section of Namao Tunnel of Guinan High-speed Railway
The Guiyang–Nanning High-speed Railway (Gui'nan High-speed Railway) is a high-speed rail line in China connecting Guiyang City in Guizhou Province with Nanning City in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is a key section of the Baotou (Yinchuan)–Hainan Corridor, one of the main routes in China's “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” high-speed railway network. This railway is the first high-speed rail line in both Guangxi and Guizhou designed for a maximum operating speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
Construction of the project began in December 2016, and the entire line was officially opened to traffic in August 2023. The railway stretches a total length of 482 kilometers, includes 12 stations, and is designed for speeds of up to 350 km/h.
The subgrade settlement monitoring project of the exit section of Namao Tunnel of Guinan High-speed Railway adopts the automatic settlement monitoring level meter of the Industrial Information Technology to realize front-end data sensing, and realizes data collection, transmission and cloud storage through the automatic monitoring system of the Industrial Information Technology. The user views the management data through the login webpage or mobile phone APP, alarms when the monitoring data exceeds the threshold, and notifies relevant personnel to pay attention to the structural safety in time through short messages, emails, etc.
