Overview


The model VDMS is an intelligent displacement measuring instrument based on machine vision recognition. The product use advanced AI image information processing technology and network transmission technology, and high-definition image sensor is used to collect and monitor the position of the target, output the relative displacement to the initial position, and send the data to the cloud platform through the 4G/LoRa/ Wifi. It can be used for long-term monitoring of the two-dimensional deformation of bridges, tunnels, slopes, buildings, steel structures and other structures etc,.

The system can automatically calculate the distance based on the target's imaging data in the acquisition unit, and then use visual spatial measurement technology and algorithms to form a three-dimensional spatial structure. Image recognition measurement technology based on sub-pixels can process every pixel in the image. Based on the pixel-based position changes of the target, the system can automatically measure the spatial position changes of the target, thereby achieving accurate measurement of vertical and horizontal displacement values.

  • Using professional sub-pixel level algorithm, the accuracy can reach less than 0.1mm;
  • Introducing a reference target for result correction can effectively compensate for deviations caused by shaking, humidity and temperature at the equipment installation point;
  • Integrated design, the collector has its own edge processing capabilities, and has functions such as collection, transmission, image processing, etc., which facilitates construction. At the same time, it can only upload displacement results to reduce transmission overhead;
