Subgrade Settlement Monitoring of Chashan Tunnel and Xiniu Tunnel Section of Ganshen High-speed Railway
- Along the Gan-Shen high-speed railway
- Ganshen high-speed railway (Ganzhou-Shenzhen High-speed Railway), both Ganzhou-Shenzhen section of Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway, referred to as Ganshen section of Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed railway and Ganshen high-speed railway, is a high-speed railway connecting Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province and Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. An important part of the "Beijing-Hong Kong (Taiwan) Corridor", one of the main channels of China's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. The project started construction in December 2016 and started operation in December 2021, with a total length of 434km, 13 stations and a design speed of 350 km/h.
- The subgrade settlement monitoring project for the Chashan section and Xiniu tunnel section of the Jiangxi-Shenzhen high-speed railway is located at the entrance and exit sections of the Chashan tunnel and Xiniu tunnel of the line, mainly for automatic monitoring of tunnel and subgrade settlement and tunnel convergence. The project uses the industrial communication technology settlement automation monitoring level meter, laser displacement sensor to achieve front-end data perception, through the industrial communication automation monitoring system to achieve data acquisition, transmission and cloud storage. The user views the management data through the login webpage or mobile phone APP, alarms when the monitoring data exceeds the threshold, and notifies relevant personnel to pay attention to the structural safety in time through short messages, emails, etc.
Level meter
- The MAS-WWJ is a settlement monitoring sensor, which is a precision piezoresistive pressure sensor used to remotely measure settlement in or under roadbeds, piles, embankments, etc. The sensor uses a metal diaphragm to isolate the piezoresistive pressure sensor. Using the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor silicon material, the pressure can be measured by the Wheatstone bridge on the silicon sensor chip. The sensor shell is made of aluminum alloy material, which has the characteristics of light weight, integrated structure, sturdiness and durability. It is equipped with liquid and air interfaces. The sensor extends through a liquid line connection to a reference point in a stable position and to the reservoir. The settlement of the structure is monitored by measuring the liquid level difference between the sensor and the reservoir location.
- The MAS-WWJ conventional range is 1000 mmH20, the accuracy is 0.25%FS, and custom range is supported. It can be widely used for health monitoring of railway, highway, construction, reservoir dam and other structures.
