The integrated vibration monitoring system integrates vibration sensors and 4G data tranfer unit modules, realizing the integration of acquisition and transmission modules. There is a lithium battery inside the device as the power supply of the device to drive the entire module to work, and an external solar panel provides long-term battery life.
The device can set the sample period and trigger threshold according to the requirements. The device wakes up and collects once in each collection cycle, sleeps after the collection, and waits for the next collection cycle to wake up again. This working mode greatly reduces the power consumption of the device, realizes low power consumption operation, and ensures the normal operation of the device when only powered by solar energy. When the acceleration threshold exceeds the set value, the device will be triggered to collect and report the monitoring data in time. This mode makes up for the shortcomings of periodic collection and responds to sudden abnormal vibrations.
