Capacitive Accelerometer

MAS-VBS-A01/3 type accelerometer is a type of capacitive vibration sensor. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight,good low-frequency characteristics, high resolution, large dynamic range, and convenient use. It can be applied to monitoring bridge vibration, cable force monitoring, ground vibration, and motor vibration (not supported by high-frequency motors) and other fields.
Overview
The accelerometer embeds a MEMS chip inside, the chip can output the corresponding voltage value according to different vibration acceleration values, and it has a linear relationship. Based on this principle, the vibration collector can be used to measure the output voltage. The signal is collected, and then the voltage is converted to obtain the corresponding acceleration value, so as to realize the measurement of the vibration acceleration signal.
