MAS-HMS705 low-power wireless tiltmeter is a high-precision, low-power, 4G wireless tilt sensor independently developed by our company. It solves the pain points of industrial applications that have no power supply outdoors or do not need to measure at all times but must regularly detect the attitude angle of objects. It is mainly used to control the state monitoring of various large-scale engineering facilities or equipment, and can "real-time" monitor the three-axis tilt state of objects.
Overview
The model HMS705 low-power wireless inclinometer is mainly used to measure the inclination of structures. It can be used to monitor deep foundation pits, buildings, bridges, steel structures, dangerous buildings, dangerous rocks, dams, shafts, iron towers, caissons, piles and sheet piles. , dams, ship parking platforms and other structural engineering inclination angles. The inclinometer uses a high-precision MEMS threeaxis inclination sensor, which adopts differential measurement principles, noise compensation technology and temperature compensation technology to ensure the high accuracy and resolution of the sensor. In terms of communication, LTE Cat1 technology is adopted, which has the advantages of lower power consumption, low cost, low latency, wide network coverage, and faster communication speed. It is also equipped with a largecapacity 19AH lithium sulfite chloride battery. When in standby mode for a long time, the standby power consumption is as low as 60uA. The equipment integrates comprehensive protection functions such as short circuit, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surge, and is suitable for operations in various harsh industrial environments.
