Water Level Indicators


MAS-SW series steel gauge water level gauge is the most accurate method to measure the water level, usually used to measure the water level in wells, boreholes and water level pipes, especially suitable for the observation of groundwater level in hydropower projects or the artificial inspection of the seepage line of earth and rock dams.
Overview
The instrument can be used during construction, but also as a long-term safety monitoring project. Comply with earth-rock dam safety monitoring technical specifications.
The measurement and reading of water level variation consists of two parts:
1. buried part of underground material, consisting of water level pipe and bottom cover (purchased separately);
2. ground receiving instrument-steel ruler water level gauge, which consists of measuring head, steel ruler cable, receiving system and winding reel.
2.1 probe part: made of stainless steel, the internal installation of water resistance contact point, when the contact to the water surface, it will be connected to the receiving system, when the contact to leave the water surface, it will automatically close the receiving system.
2.2 steel ruler cable part: the steel ruler and the conductor are combined by plastic technology, which not only prevents the steel ruler from corroding, but also simplifies the operation process, and makes the measurement and reading more convenient and accurate.
2.3 receiving system part: it consists of a sound device and a peak indicator. The sound device emits a continuous buzzer sound by a buzzer, and the peak indicator is a voltmeter pointer indicator. The two can be selected by toggling a switch. No matter what kind of receiving system is used, the reading accuracy is consistent.
2.4 winding reel part: it is composed of winding disc and bracket. the receiving system and battery are all placed in the core cavity of the winding reel, and the steel ruler cable is wound outside the cavity.
2.5 water level pipe (purchased separately): made of PVC engineering plastic, produced by our factory, including main pipe and connecting pipe, main pipe inner diameter Φ45 ㎜, outer diameter Φ53 ㎜, connecting pipe inner diameter Φ53 ㎜, outer diameter Φ63 ㎜. The connecting pipe is sleeved at the joint of two main pipes to play a connecting and fixing role. There are four rows of Φ 7 ㎜ holes on the main pipe to make water enter the pipe smoothly. When burying, geotextile should be placed on the main pipe and fixed to play a filtering role.
2.6 bottom cover (purchased separately): Made by injection molding, produced by our factory, installed at the bottom and top of the water level pipe, which can effectively prevent sediment from entering or foreign matter from falling into the pipe, thereby avoiding affecting the measurement.
