Overview


The EM sensor adopts a fully waterproof and sealed structure design, which has the advantages of high resolution, strong anti-interference performance, sensitive response to load changes, and good reliability of measurement values. It can work in the open air or in the field. At the same time, after the installation of accessories, the temperature of the measuring point can be measured synchronously, which is convenient for real-time temperature compensation and improves the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring data.

The outer shell of the MAS-CCT-xx EM sensor is made of special steel with high strength and can absorb magnetic flux leakage. When the force value of the measured element passing through the inner shell changes, it can be directly displayed through the supporting acquisition equipment.

The principle of MAS-CCT-xx EM sensor is mainly to calculate the change of cable force by measuring the change of magnetic conductivity of ferromagnetic material, and to set the parameters of the acquisition instrument according to the nature of the material and the parameters of the cable.

Ferromagnetic material (such as stay cable, boom, tie rod, etc.) is magnetized segment in the cable force changes, the magnetic effect, resulting in the change of magnetic permeability, through the acquisition instrument analysis of its change value to reflect the stress change of the component, and finally get the cable force.
